Learning activities and teaching methods

Learning outcomes
The aim of the course (suitable for Bc. students) is to studies on phylogeny of all organisms (incl. viruses, viroids, and MGEs) and to ecological and phylogenetic approaches to origin and evolution of the biodiversity.
The graduate of the course of phylogeny and diversity has a basic knowledge of the structure and evolution of biodiversity, speciation, extinction and macroevolutionary processes, and phylogeny of all organisms from viruses to plants and animals.

Written examination

Written examination consisting of three questions.
