Course content
1. Measurments, shops ganges and tools to work check, SI-units, methods of monitoring quality by production. 2. Straightener and bucking, stamping press, new methods by forming metal plates. 3. Sheet cutting, machines for machine sheet cutting, new method of dividing materials. 4. Cutting, machines saw, friction cutting instruments. 5. Doublers, piersing, blanking, utilization laser saw. 6. Lathes and milling machines, utilization computers bay cutting operations. 7. Bending for heat and for cold, used machines. 8. Dribling and next new method of producing holes. 9. Machines for production threads, cutting, pressing, new method of detachable points. 10. Non detachable points machines for riveting, soldering and spot welding. 12. 11. - 12. Oxy-house-gas and electrical welding, welding in controlled atmosphere. 13. Methods by introduction machines machinery on our market, orientation in supply, selection of optimal lines. 14. Service machines, instruments and tools, basic safety prescripts.

Subjekt purpose is meet auditory with bases workshop and services plants and obtain abstrakt for basics engineerings technology and technical terminology. Drilling handmade, machines, application. Producing of holes.. Machines for production threads, cutting, pressing. Detachable and non detachable points. Oxy-house-gas and electrical welding. Methods by introduction machines machinery on our market, orientation in supply new workshping machines and tools. Servising and curing machines, instruments and working aids. Basic safety prescripts.

Praxis with machines and tools according to lectures Requirements to get the credits: 1. Participation at seminars - two unauthorised absences accepted 2. Two credit tests - grade better than: failed 3. Lab exercises - hand over complete tasks Exam - written test with 10 questions, oral exam based on the result of the written test
