Course content
Lectures and seminars: Conception of andragogics. History of andragogics and rise of Czech further education. Subject andragogics. Three areas of andragogics. Andragogics in science system. System of andragogics sciences. Delimitation of basic conceptions. Further education in the Czech republic. An adult in learning process. Efficient conditions of teaching. Lecturer role. Didactical process. Tutorial suit. Teaching materials and didactical technology. Didactical forms. Didactical methods. Self - educating. Development of professional adult education. Business education. Identification needs of education. Scheduling and organization of educational programmes. Analysing results of education. Financing project. Learning activities and teaching methods
Monologic (reading, lecture, briefing), Dialogic (discussion, interview, brainstorming), Work with text (with textbook, with book), Projection, Graphic and art activities, Activating (simulations, games, drama)
Learning outcomes
Basic gain is getting to know andragogy as new forming science, with its basic concepts and didactical theory of teaching adult and regularity of lector's work. The subject is concerned with traditional way of teaching adults, psychological resources of didactical methods and principals, but also with untraditional didactical systems and methods. Students will get knowledge about basic teaching strategies and also an in look into problems of whole-life education and teaching and clarifying of conception of education in current society will be afforded to them.
Sense to daily learning and self learning, awareness of difference, active listening, developing of communication and creativity, developing of health care, ect.
Prerequisites
Systems of approaches to the adult education, awareness of sense whole life education, the task of lector, adult in the process of education and his/her specify of differences.
