Course content
1. Health and Movement. Definition of "adequate physical activity", "adequate exercise regime". Examples, recommendations, parallel theory / practice. 2. Congenital insufficiency, hypokinesia, hyperkinesia (hyperkinetic disorder). Detrain. Level of physical activity of selected population groups. 3. Motion activities, movement as a therapy. 4. System of sport training - goals, tasks, structure. Application of policies for adequate movement modes. 5. Components of sport training and their development. 6. Leisure leisure activities. 7. Seniors' mobility activities. 8. Physical activities with medical restrictions - PA in cardiovascular system disorders. 9. Physical activities with health limitations - PA in disorders of the metabolic, digestive and endocrine system. 10. Physical activities with health restrictions - PA in genitourinary and reproductive system disorders.

Learning outcomes
Objective of the course in terms of learning outcomes and competences The aim of the subject is to provide basic theoretical knowledge and practical experience in the area of application of physical activity with differentiation of fitness and skill component according to the individual dispositions of the individual depending on the health condition, diagnosis or only reduced physical fitness. A particular need is understood here as an individual approach to an educated individual who is healthy but less trained or diagnosed as a non-infectious disease of a mass occurrence, not in the "disability" dimension.

Written examination, Interview

Active participation in lessons and seminars. Preparation of semestral work on given topic. Successful passing the exam.
