Course content
Lectures: Responses and adaptation of organism to stress in general. Adaptation at the cellulate level, organ, at the level of rise of kinetic stereotypes. Maladaption. Responses and adaptation of cardio - vascular and respiratory system to stress. Responses and adaptation of kinetic system to stress. Energy resources for human organism. Nervous and hormonal regulations. Limiting factors of an achievement, spiroergometry /VO2max/ classification, meaning. Changes of the inner environment. Adaptation at extraordinary external conditions. Sorts of kinetic abilities and their rating ? Specificity of a physical empty weight in childhood. Specificity of a physical empty weight in adulthood. Credit lesson Seminars: Metering of physiological functions Demonstration of a sport examination Ergometre Pulmonary function tests Muscular test, muscular disbalance Poor pose, spine defects Sport children examination Walker test Steppe test Rufier examination EKG Metering of lactate Laboratory tests Ability tests Conditions for examination fulfilment: Active attendance in lectures and seminars.

Learning outcomes
Reaction and adaptation organism on physical stress and their practical usage in work teacher PT = physical training and old boy baccalaureate studies. Tests efficiency. Changes inside environment, response and adaptation on extra charges external conditions. Kinetic possibility and their relation to age. Differences physiological parameters regarding age, gender, efficiency. Requirements on student: view students with reactions and adaptation on physical stress.
Knowledge basic forms, method and resources testing bodily efficiency. Application kinetic stress in light of gender, age and individual speciality.
Prerequisites
Theoretic knowledge. Application kinetic stress in practice.
