Course content
1. Subject offers survey of basic relaxation techniques and yoga exercising, their theoretic presentation and practical training. 2. Theoretic and practical bases relaxation exercising. 3. Stress, concentration attention, possibilities of mental regulation and bodily function, principles relaxation, by children in school age. 4. Meaning of relaxation techniques in support health and in upbringing to health of children and youth. 5. Basic relaxation techniques. 6. Benson relaxation technology, Jacobson progressive relaxation, autogenic training, problems relation stress - health. 7. Fundamentals alleged at exercising yoga. Effects of yoga exercise in support of health. 8. Yoga sets. 9. Breath exercising and relaxation position. 10. Full yoga breath. 11. Current yoga systems yoga. 12. Project presentation. 13. Training. 14. Credits.

Subject offers survey of basic relaxation techniques and yoga exercising, their theoretic presentation and practical training. Theoretic and practical bases relaxation exercising. Stress, concentration attention, possibilities of mental regulation and bodily function, principles relaxation, near puppy fat school age. Meaning of relaxation techniques in support health and in upbringing to health near puppy fat and youth. Basic relaxation techniques.
