Course content
Lectures: Introduction to the subject of motivation, motivational factor. Motivational process. Frustration, motivational conflict. Basic types of motivation. Diagnostics. Conception of health. Man like bio psychosocial unity. Quality of life and support of health. Support health programmes - development, forms, and successfulness. Motivation to sport behaviour. Sanity and its support. Programmes of personal development. Evolutionary view of problems. Motivation to health at ill people and handicapped people. Seminars: Knowledge of personal motivation. Problematic topic - authenticity in work with motivation. Questions and obscurity in problems of motivation. Preparation of diagnostic instruments. Notional map - health. Problematic topic - usage of different conceptions of health. Metering quality of life - questionnaire SEIQL. Introduction of the motivational project for specific objective group. Introduction of the motivational project for specific objective group. Introduction of the motivational project for specific objective group. Analysing of the project work, personal changes. Reserve seminar - according to student needs. Seminar analysing. Revision lesson.

Learning outcomes
What is motivation to teaching? What is motivation to health? Why do people sport? Determinants leading to "exercise adherence". General model of motivation to teaching and it's after effects. Ways out for motivation support. Temporary motivation by the teacher. Longer-lasting procedure ("The author vs. pedestrian" motivational training appearing from Heckhausen´s process model, modification of interests, induction "flow" on the basis of inner and external components, modification of volitive competences).

Creating of the project of health support to given topic - work in a group. Written test.
