Course content
Seminars: 1. Conception, data, 2. Methods of music therapy resources, purposes of music therapy. 3. Techniques of music therapy. 4. Delimitation of a target group - specificity. 5. Personage profile of a music therapist. 6. Music therapy instruments 7. Rhythm - part in music therapy. 8. Revision lesson. 9. Melody - part in music therapy. 10. Harmony - part in music therapy. 11. Creativity, order, chaos. 12. Therapeutic relation. 13. Microclimate of a group. 14. Stress - relaxation exercise. Mental hygiene rules.

Learning activities and teaching methods
Monologic (reading, lecture, briefing), Dialogic (discussion, interview, brainstorming), Work with text (with textbook, with book), Demonstration, Projection, Skills training, Activating (simulations, games, drama)
Learning outcomes
Seminars are in active form. Students have experience in relaxation and creative group exercises. A part of every seminar is a model of individual therapy possibility. Students are participants - so they feel effects and benefits of the exercises, but they are also in the role of educators - so they try to describe and analyse situation and define a diagnose. Seminars are based on experiences in the area of active musico therapy with using of simple and elementar instruments. The part of every seminar is an analyze of education problem and a discussion on actual problem and possibilities of its solving. Absolvents of Music TherapyII are able: - To combine theoretical knowledge f music therapy with education practice. - To realize konwledge and skills by children with handicaps and special needs.

Analysis of creative work (musical, visual, literary), Student portfolio analysis, Colloquium

Active attendance in education, semestral work from the area of music therapy.
