Course content
1. Control of swimming skills. Practising reflection from the wall into the coalescing in positron on the breast and on the back. Swimming breathing and its development. 2. Swimming fitness test - Cooper 12min.test. Repeat merging the two positions by reflection from the wall into the pool below the sufrace and rhythmic breathing in water. Preparatory exercises for jump starting. 3. Didactic training process position and work the way a swimming leg crawl with rhythmic breathing. Swimming fitness training, individual improvement. Corrective exercises for elimination of errors occurring. Swimming breast way - checking techniques. 4. Practicing how to work the arms crawl swimming, swimming development respiration. Crawl interplay without breathing for a short distance. 5. Swimming breast way - emphasis on rhythmic breathing, correct style. Swimming style crawl - the improvement of labor arm, elemental swimming, emphasizing the interplay for the right inspiration and exhalation, repeated sections, extending it in its position distance. Swimming breast-correction method of exercise in elemental swimming, fitness development capabilities. Practicing a jump start from the edge of the pool. 6. Check: 200m - control measurements. Swimming way sign - job training of lower limbs, with emphasis on position and breathing turnaround. Improving the way freestyle swimming. Swimming breast way - correction and fitness swimming. 7. Swimming method of character-training arm work, the interplay. 8. Development of speed. 9. Improve all swimming strokes. Diving, swimming underwater, development orientation. Fitness swimming. Control of swimming skills - 200m plav.způsobem selected time. 10. Starting jump. Improve all swimming strokes by swimming relay. 11. Swimming fitness training, individual improvement. 12. Learning outcomes
The aim is to improve teaching techniques, methods of breast swimming, freestyle, including jumps and starting rotations. Proper swimming technique leads to understanding mobility issues in water and then becomes the basis for further thematic units. Training should be achieved by increasing efficiency and speed over a distance of 200 meters in any way. Student should use a methodical series of corrective exercises to strengthen the position of flowing properly , learn to breathe properly and regularly , improve arm movements, leg and the interplay of the various swimming strokes
Student is able to swim 200 meters non-stop technically correct , gets the basics of other styles, knows methodology of swimming.
