Lectures and seminars: Reinforcing of the involvement of an individual in charge of personal health Stress in life of a modern person Compensation Massage Diagnostics, prevention and stress managing Auto regulatory and relaxation techniques Psychometrics Kinetic activity, its impact on man psyche Illness prevention Adequate kinetic modes Autoevalvation Work with a client Repetition Credit hour

Learning outcomes
Content of the subject is a special inspection pedagogic practice with first teaching sequences of students. Special practice will proceed in external school centers of South Bohemia region. Scheduler: - Involvement of individuals in charge of personal health - Stress in modern life style - Diagnostics, prevention and coping stress - Self - regulation and relaxation techniques, physical activity and its impact on psychic state, the role of psychic state in disorder prevention

Assessment methods and criteria
Student performance assessment, Analysis of student's language skills, Hospitace, Colloquium

Hundred - per - cent attendance at lessons, active attendance at evaluation and sighting, written disposition
