Course content
LectureS: 1. Rising of burn - out in pedagogic occupation. Living in current society. 2. Connection of chronic stress and dishumanize social perception. 3. Definition of the burnout syndrome and conception of H. J.Freudenberger. 4. Extinction of motivation and excitant instigations in charge of about individual. 5. Inhibition of empathy, waste positive relation to persons, them is coming service. Waste of the motivation. 6. Models of behaviour - depersonalization, manifestations cynicism, reflection. 7. Manifestations of psychosomatic nature and social character: state general fatigue, apathy, slackness - vegetative difficulties, changes cardial rate, digestive difficulties, breathing difficulties - headache, sleep disturbances, disturbances blood pressure. 8. Problems with empathy near persons with originally high empathy - gradual accretion conflicts in consequence lack of interest, indifference and apathy. 9. Hazard of addictions. 10. Active participation of health education on burnout prevention. 11. Psycho-hygienic rules of exploitation of free time. Seminars: 1. Influence style of life cheers. 2. Counselling rear. 3. - 9. Recreational and reconditional activities in offered modulus: Relaxation procedures. Physical activity in adequate movement regimes. Nourishment. Professional saluthogenesis. 10. Mental hygiene, stress and anxiety management, biofeedback, consultancy of burnout problems. 11. - 14. Efficient of interventional programs on the part of optimalization of other civilizing disorders (back pains, fatigue, hypertensive, diabetes, burnout, reduction stress and anxiety). Test. Exercising: 1. - 28. Consultancy for health style of life and production of project design by students. Project " Active participation of health education on burnout prevention in pedagogic occupation". Create seminar project for choice group pedagogs (locality according to election students). Students create realization of teams from 5 - 6 students, will get and realize project. Evaluation follows and colloquium.

Learning outcomes
The aim of the subjekt is to master and can applicate protective factors of burn-out syndrome in an individual and in a social aspect.

Interview, Test

Active partitipation in lectures, seminars and in exercising. Succesfull examination in the subjekt. Project realisation.
