Supporting freedom and responsibility of citizen of self health 6. Health - holistic view 7. The Quality of Life 8. The Human Rights 9. The health family system 10. Prevention, motivation, supporting 11. Physical exercise and their meaning for health 12. Relaxation activities and their meaning for health

Learning activities and teaching methods
Monologic (reading, lecture, briefing), Dialogic (discussion, interview, brainstorming), Demonstration, Projection, Skills training, Graphic and art activities, Activating (simulations, games, drama)
Learning outcomes
Aim of subject: acquire knowledge from issues: Social Politics, Supporting Health Family concerning to physical exercising and active relaxation. Develop skills methods - how hold to health of family members, who has a responsibility for a health and so on. Annotation: The subject is focused to macro system as the state and state instrument for supporting to family health, and for a micro system as the family hierarchy with concentration for physical activities and active relaxation for supporting to social, physical and mental health. Student will learning the physical activities for work with family.
