Course content
Topics for self-study(checked by test), aproximatelly 20 lessons Mental hygiene and mental health, history and ways of development. Self-education and self-development in tutiring profession. Types of psychotherapy. Cognitively behavioral therapy. Rationally emotional therapy. Deep psychotherapy. Transactional analysis. Topics for consultation (checked by discussion) Psychologic techniques. Games and excercises. Meeting people and introductions social sensitivity emotional self expression opening oneself to the world improving of interpersonal comunication giving feedback getting to know relationships in the group accepting others increasing of perception. Topics for essay - individual work (checked by turning-in), aproximatelly 20 lessons Relaxation procedures, concept of relaxation, Schultz and Jacobson approach to relaxation excercises. Relaxationally activational intervention Breathing techniques and excercises in Yoga. Introspection and technique of self-questioning Influence of excercise and nutrition traditions on emotional state of a person Harmonization excercises in group Group psychosomatics

Learning outcomes
Aim of the subject is the development of self-reflexion, empathy, contact establishing, understanding of nonverbal comunication etc. Also to know how to prevent and deal with burn-out syndrome in tutoring profession. Certain level of self recognition is one of the prerequisives for professions which work with people and can greatly influence their fate. To allow aquiring of deeper self recognition through introspection and feedback from the group - psychological techniques, excercises and games. Annotation: Meeting people and introductions, social sensitivity, emotional self expression, opening oneself to the world, improving of interpersonal comunication, giving feedback, getting to know relationships in the group, accepting others, increasing of perception.
To allow aquiring of deeper self recognition through introspection and feedback from the group - psychological techniques, excercises and games.
Essay, active participation in the seminars, list of readed literature, excerpts from three publication on the topic.

Assessment methods and criteria
Interview, Test

Active participation in the seminars, active participation into individual techniques, writing of diary with feedback and self-reflexion.
