Course content
1. Introductory information about tai chi. Styles of tai chi. Recommended reading list . Equipment and clothing , etiquette . Credit requirements . Safety. breathing Exercises 24 forms of tai chi - the basic set of health , training exercises , Part 1 1-3 elements , Part 2 4-6 element training exercises 2. 3. Part 7-8 element , part 4 9-11 element repeat 3. 5. Part 12-15 element , repetition , credits

Learning outcomes
This course offers basics of the most usual health exercise - 24 "Tai chi chuan" forms with Chinese origin. The contents are physical exercises based on the soft martial art forms. Harmonization of the physical and breathing exercises is the principle of the course, same as the strengthening of the internal organs and the muscles. Practicing of Tai chi chuan is also a good relaxation method.
Knowledge of basic types chinese health exercising with regard to breathing, psycho-relaxation and condition. Knowledge uses these activities at various clientele (age, gender, different level of kinetic abilities and skills, common population, men with infliction of).
Prerequisites
General level of motor ability, basic movement skills from physical education.

Active participation in lessons 100 %, practical knowledge - set 24 forms of tai chi
