Course content
1. Theory of integral yoga. 2. Lesson of yoga. 3. Yoga training. 4. Native exercising. 5. Exercising in outdoor. 6. Fundamentals and principles composition exercise training in yoga. 7. Effects of yoga exercising. Sarvahitaasans. 8. Yoga sets. 9. Full yoga breath. 10. Fundamentals alleged at exercising yoga near puppy fat and youth school age. 11. Indication and contra - indication yoga exercising near different types infliction of, health weakening etc . 12. System breath exercising. Indication and contra - indication near pupils. Allergy and asthma. 13. Balance and her meaning, development. Balance asanas. Relaxation. Methods of relaxation guiding by children and youth. 14. Development of concentration. Relaxation and imagination. Self - analysis in yoga techniques.
