Course content
Lectures 1st Determination health as a state and a process of physical and mental health and illness, individual health care, importance of immunity for promoting health, immune training, healthy eating and lifestyle, influence of the environment on health Optimal second weekly physical stress, lack of exercise - psychophysiological effects, preventive importance of movement in relation to lifestyle diseases, optimal body weight, physical activity and mental health 3. Preventive importance of nutrition, alternative nutrition, eating disorders, addictive substances and addiction 4. Body relaxation and regeneration, mental relaxation and sleep, stress regulation states - Theory and Techniques Seminars: 1. Health - various definitions of concepts, health and immunity lifestyle with positive traits, lifestyle negative aspects, the negative impact of the environment on health - natural factors, the negative impact of the environment on health - anthropogenic influences, Optimal second weekly physical stress, danger percussive (irregular) movement, meaning PA for weight reduction, health risks and negative effects of obesity, 3rd Diets and dietary recommendations, vitamins and minerals, fluid intake, weight loss 4. Body relaxation and mental relaxation, physiological significance of sleep, lack of sleep and his failures, negative emotions - affect health, eliminating stress factors, the health benefits of sex.

Learning activities and teaching methods
Monologic (reading, lecture, briefing), Dialogic (discussion, interview, brainstorming), Work with text (with textbook, with book), Monitoring, Activating (simulations, games, drama)
Learning outcomes
Illustration of meaning prevention of non- infectious disorder. Signification of educational profession as sphere, which has in his competition education of health.
Creation programme for healthy style of life. Presentation programme in educated establishment.
Prerequisites
Cooperation and observance of the tasks. Orientation in problems.
