Course content
The subject is to focused on making modern view of lifestyle, where the sufficiency of locomotion, health foods, body weight correction, ability to bear up the stress and knowing to relax with other attributes act the preference. It is all to set up on the strength of the personal relation base and the experience with the listed attributes at authority personal specialities of addressed persons.

Learning outcomes
The aim is to make students with negative attributes of up to date lifestyle and with their risk for every person´s health. On the other hand it is the aim to make the students with conception of healthy lifestyle from its individual parts, but it is also with a wiew to individual specialities of every person.
Students will be able to assess aspects of lifestyle in terms of medical appropriateness, or negative effects on health.
