Lectures: 1. The environment of globalization, the environment of regionalization. 2. Social and social responsibility of management. 3. Corporate governance + EEIG, ES, SCE. 4. Managing transnational, transnational, international structures. 5. The current practice of successful businesses and managers. 6. Business groupings, holding companies. 7. Organizational structures, franchising, strategic business units. 8. Dynamics of change management - quality management. 9. Organization life cycle. 10. Monitoring, controlling, reporting, audit. 11. Transformation, restructuring, revitalization, outsourcing. 12. Human capital and its energy. 13. Crisis management and risk management. 14. The current practice of successful businesses and managers.

Learning outcomes

The aim of the subject is to extend knowledge of management and its application in working experience and organizational behaviour of entrepreneurial and non-entrepreneurial entities and managers, internationalization, globalization, competitive environment (world economy, EU).
Students understand management and are capable of applying it.

Oral examination, Written examination, Seminar work
Credit requirements: Essay - a case study. Exam requirements: A written exam - a test (75% success rate), the possibility of an oral examination if the test conditions are met.
