Learning outcomes
The subject of study deals with the theory and practice of strategic management and planning, accesses and the methods of effective utilization of firm sources are included for the achievement of future appointed objects.
Students understand the basic principles of strategic management, they are able to use various methods of strategic management.

Assessment methods and criteria
Oral examination, Test

Credit requirements: 1) Preparation of an individual term paper of 7-10 pages, which focuses on the evaluation of strategic management in a selected company. 2) Conducting one guided interview with an SME representative focused on the area of strategic management using the SIP tool. Examination Requirements: The exam covers knowledge of the course topics based on lectures and required readings within the given scope. The exam can be taken after credit has been awarded. Lectures are an aid to understanding the subject matter, not the sole and exhaustive source of information. The examination is written and oral; a pass mark of at least 60% is required for the written part.
