Recruitment (trends, process of recruitment, e-recruitment, methods, types of candidates, talent pool, AI in recruitment + staffing). 7. Selection process (criterias, process, methods, validity and reliability of methods, onboarding). 8. Manpower and Human Potential Development. 9. Work Motivation. Team managing. 10. Productivity. The Course provides Students with Basic Principles about HRM and an Overview of the Present HRM and Personnel Management trends.
Students understand the principles of Human Resources Management and should be able to apply them in practice.

Oral examination, Written examination, Seminar work
Credit Requirements: Only 2 absences within seminars are possible Active participation in seminars The presentation of your semester project in the chosen seminar and submission on Moodle Semester Project Guidelines Duration: The presentation must be a minimum of 10 minutes in length. Content Relevance: Students are required to present a chosen topic directly related to the subject matter of the course. Incorporation of Practical Application: Each presentation should not only discuss theoretical aspects but also demonstrate practical applications relevant to the chosen topic. Slide Requirement: The presentation must consist of a minimum of 7 slides structured as follows: Title Slide; Table of Contents; Introduction; Topic Discussion; Practical Application; Conclusion; References (APA citation style) Exam writing examination (10 questions - 4 closed and 6 open questions, 25 minutes, maximum will be 20 points; minimum will be 15 points) oral examination (discussion on 2 assigned questions)
