Course content
Lectures: 1 - Introduction, the most important terminology. 2 - Characteristics of motivation in general. 3 - A holistic view of motivation and stimulation and the point of view of micro-, meso- and macro-space. 4 - Self-knowledge, self-development, lifelong learning. 5 - Self-realization, self-motivation. 6 - Sources of motivation. 7 - Theory of motivation. 8 - Overview of motivational theories. 9 - Employee motivation and general management concept. 10 - Motivational structure and motivational profile of an individual. 11 - Stimulation and its importance for motivating the individual in the work process. 12 - Stimulants and their breakdown. 13 - Leadership to develop the individual's work potential and social qualities with respect to job satisfaction. 14 - Labour performance and job satisfaction.

Learning outcomes
The subject introduces the most important terms and principles of motivation, and stimulation and the theory of motivation and stimulation in general and in relation to some elements of motivation and stimulation in negotiation at work. Practical experience of understanding the motives and incentives that lead to the acceptance of individual personality and the motivation and stimulation of work are also important.
The students are familiar with the theory of motivation and stimulation and they understand the possibility of dealing with appropriate forms and issues related to influencing the working willingness of the people leading up to their own self-motivation.
