Course content
Lectures: 1 - Introduction to change management. 2 - Changes in management of organization. 3 - Causes and types of changes. 4 - Process of change management. 5 - Change models. 6 - Managing strategic change. 7 - Analyses of formulation and implementation of strategic change. 8 - Risk management. 9 - Crisis management. 10 - Innovation management.

Learning outcomes
The aim of subject is to create a solid scientific foundation for understating of change in system and process complex. To complete and deepen theoretical knowledge and practical skills of students focused to understanding of implementation of change. Students elaborate project of selected organization at the end of the course, which is subject to defence.
Students understand the principles of management of changes and their application in the development of organizations. The emphasis is put on active learning methods during the whole pedagogical process, including team work, creative problem solving and case studies.
Prerequisites
The course of Management is a prerequisite for the course of Management of Changes.

Assessment methods and criteria
Oral examination, Written examination, Seminar work

Credit Requirements: The submission of individual project. Examination Requirements: Obtaining at least 65% out of 100% in the examination test. Written examination and then oral examination.
