LECTURES 1- Introduction to supply chain management 2 - Globalization and structure of supply chains 3 - Main technologies and methods applied to supply chain management 4 - Material flow management in supply chains 5 - Information flow management in supply chains 6 - The importance of reverse flows in supply chains 7 - Principles of "green" supply chains 8 - Supplier relationship management 9 - Outsourcing and strategic alliances 10 - Logistics controlling and logistics audit 11 - Supply chain risks 12 - Current trends in supply chains 13 - Structure of supply chains in different industries 14 - Industry 4.0 in supply chain management PRACTICAL CLASSES 1 - A semester project for the supply chain restructuring 2 - Creating the concept of a semester project 3 - Securing and analyzing input data for the selected supply chain 4 - Creating alternative solutions for the chosen supply chain 5 - Analysis of conditions for the implementation of alternative solutions 6 - Analysis of input logistics costs of a given supply chain 7 - Options for the implementation of the "green" supply chain principles 8 - Design of an appropriate material flow system for the chosen solution 9 - Designing an appropriate information flow system for the chosen solution 10 - Implementation of appropriate supply chain management technologies 11 - Creating a reverse flow assurance concept in a supply chain 12 - Creating the concept of securing supply relationships within a given supply chain 13 - Creating a logistics process concept in the form of outsourcing or strategic alliances 14 - Risk analysis in a given supply chain

Learning outcomes
The aim of the subject is to extend students' knowledge of logistics, especially in the field of material and information flow management. Increased emphasis is placed on the problems of reverse logistics, outsourcing and evaluation of logistics performance including green logistics. The subject contains many examples of logistics chains, especially in the field of industry and services.
The students will learn about the structure of supply chains and the way such chains work. Increased attention is paid to the activity of the key article in the chain and its influence on other articles in terms of management. Students will learn to use reverse logistics methods and assess the impact of supply chains on the environment.
Prerequisites
The course of Logistics is a prerequisite for the course of Supply chain management.
