Course content
Human resources management in the process of globalization is associated with the segmentation of the "macro area", "midst area" and "micro area". Macro area exists in connection with the phylogenetic development process of the human community. Micro area is a function of development of human personality and caring for input into the process of lifelong learning. Midst area acts as a company environment where staff management ensures the development of human capital and corporate culture accepts the culture of the region and builds on the company's global multicultural environment.

Learning outcomes
The aim of the subject is to deepen the theoretical and practical knowledge of human resources management in the current conditions of globalization. Learning methods for the creation of HR strategy and its implementation in an environment of change of corporate culture, technologies, processes, skills, restructuring, etc. in challenging the EU's inter-cultural marketplace.
The PhD students will be able to understand the meaning of HRM in the process of globalization and also the meaning of division HRM to micro, mezzo and macro space and the development of human potential for innovations and human and intelectual capital as well.
