Course content
Practical classes: 1. Introduction of the subject of SPF II The students divided into teams Motivation for business Revision of the business plan structure 2. Consulting the business plans Possibilities of founding an enterprise Introduction of the contract with JA Czech 3. Presentation of the business ideas; presentation of a sample enterprise 4. Marketing lecture - activities necessary to define a business plan of a small enterprise; Legislation lecture - what is necessary to know before founding an enterprise 5. Lecture on founding budget, remuneration and human resources 6. Consultation with the students in the teams 7. Consultation with the students in the teams - the progress in developing the business plan 9. Consultation with the students in teams as necessary. 10. Discussion on problems and questions related to the implementation of the business plan 11. Consultation of the economic part of the business plan 12. Presentation of the business plans 13. Completion of presentation of the business plans 14. Credit week

Monologic (reading, lecture, briefing), Dialogic (discussion, interview, brainstorming)
Learning outcomes
The aim of the subject is to introduce business experience to the students; to learn the students to define and verify their business plan, to found an enterprise and to plan the activities necessary to implement a product.
The students will be able to define a business plan, set up and manage a small enterprise. They might realize both the responsibility and the business risk. They will learn to deal with both suppliers and buyers.

The prerequisite of the subject SPF2 is the course: Seminar Project Firm I (SPF1) .
