Lectures: 1. Manager personality 2. Reaching goals 3. Time management 4. Communication skills 5. Creative problem solving 6. Management of change 7. Decision-making Each lecture subject is given over 2 weeks.

Monologic (reading, lecture, briefing), Dialogic (discussion, interview, brainstorming)
Learning outcomes
This course is aimed at development of practical skills of the students. Setting priorities. Time management and regular time planning. Setting tasks. Team leadership. Understanding the role of a team player and the way to gain staff for specific goals. Management of meetings and sessions. Communication techniques for human resource management. Coaching. Task verification. Motivation of subordinate employees. Dealing with conflict situations. Assignment planning of employees.
Students are able to apply gained knowledge and skills practically in management.
