Learning outcomes
The course English Language 1, assigned for 3-year-long Bachelor study programmes and entirely based on selfstudy (the subject is not taught in regular lessons, only in a form of consultations for those interested) is aimed to force students to master the elementary level of English with the assistance of the textbook Angličtina pro samouky - L. Kollmannová, Leda, units 1-8 or Essential Grammar in Use - Raymond Murphy, Cambridge Press. The content of these units will be tested in the final written test.
Student will master the elementary level of English language through selfstudy.
Prerequisites
The subject OJA / KANJ1 can be technically registered in IS STAG together with the Entrance Language Exam (OJA / KJZKA), but OJA / KJZKA must be passed first and only then OJA / KANJ1 can be completed.
