Course content
Content of practicals: The course prepares students for the Listening and Reading sections of the TOEFL ITP examination. Students will be acquainted with strategies relevant to individual types of TOEFL examination questions, and will practically verify these strategies through textbook examples and sample tests. It will focus on the development of listening and reading skills and strategies, as well as other skills typically tested in the examination. They will work individually, in pairs, and as a group. The course is held in English. All materials and references are available online in Moodle.

Monologic (reading, lecture, briefing), Dialogic (discussion, interview, brainstorming), Demonstration, Individual preparation for exam

Increasing language competencies and communication skills of students.
The course aims are to familiarize students with the main features and types of tasks in the TOEFL ITP test, Sections Listening and Reading.
