Course content
Content of practicals: The course is designed to help students perform well in the global workplace. It focuses on developing all language skills and vocabulary in relation to workplace communication, effective oral, written and group communication skills, corporate communication, negotiation and international communication in business. The topics cover areas such as telephoning, writing emails, meetings, giving presentations etc. All materials are available on Moodle.

Learning activities and teaching methods
Monologic (reading, lecture, briefing), Dialogic (discussion, interview, brainstorming), Work with text (with textbook, with book), Demonstration, Activating (simulations, games, drama)

Learning outcomes
Increasing language competencies and communication skills of students.
To widen, supplement, and practice the functional language skills and vocabulary appropriate for the global workplace.

Assessment methods and criteria
Written examination, Analysis of student's language skills, Test, Interim evaluation

Credit points are awarded for: Regular attendance (3 absences allowed) Active work during lessons Homework A minimum grade of 70% in the end of semester test. The course requires a minimum of one hour per week of homework.
