Introduction in the management of the organization. Assistance with the operation of the organization. Presentation of paper.Understanding of the management of the organization. Report from practical training.

Learning outcomes
|
Experiences with/in: - activities of educator in the leisure - organization and management of schools and NGOs - philosophy and culture of the services, ethical aspects.
Student is able to practically apply the educational and training methods in the leisure. Student can assess the situation and decide to use appropriate methods. Student knows the basic structure of the association. Student will get information about the most common tasks and problems in school and non-profit organizations.

|
Student performance assessment, Student portfolio analysis
Completion of the professional practice (80 h). Preparing a report from practice. Participate in the supervision. Final valuation. Contract with institution.
