Acquisition of competencies in the fields of organization and management of school's or non-profit organizations. Students are actively involved in the organization of work, administrative activities, project management and fundraising.

Student performance assessment, Interview, Self-reflection
Completion of the professional practice in the range of 80 hours per semester. Preparing a report from practice. Participate in the supervision. Final valuation. Contract with institution.
