Learning outcomes
|
The aim is to get theoretical knowledge and practical experience in adult education, verification and application of theoretical knowledge in the practical work with teh Adults.
Students get understanding the education of children or young students and the adults. They ecome familiar with some of the teaching methods of adult education. They will be able to theoretically assess a good educational company and a good teacher. The will can prepare a project of training event. Depending on the workplace expand their competencies towards the target group of the Elderly. They will be able to apply theoretical knowledge in practice. They will be able to establish a workable and measurable professional and personal goals and find a way to meet them in direct practice in the workplace. They will be able to reflect the knowledge in written and oral form.

Conditioning the subject is passing Developmental Psychology

Assessment methods and criteria
|
Student portfolio analysis, Colloquium
Participation in the introduction seminar - Leaving the completed contracts for practice. - Completion of professional practice 60 hours per semester. - Writing a report from practice by the teacher's instructions, including the final evaluation of the student's practice by a competent person.
