Course content
1. Introduction to the seminar, introduction to the topics. 2.-13. The thematic plan will be updated every semester, detailed content in LMS Moodle. 14. Summary, evaluation.

Learning outcomes
The aim of the three-semester course Language Exercises I - III is to consolidate and deepen written and oral competences in a professional language. The main emphasis is on improving communication skills not only within the own specialisation but also in other scientific fields - the basis will be reading longer professional texts and listening to lectures (home preparation), their subsequent reproduction at an appropriate language level and discussion, presentation of the results of assigned research, etc.
Ability to communicate on level B2+/C1.
Prerequisites
German language skills on the level B2+/C1 (CEFR).

Assessment methods and criteria
Student performance assessment, Analysis of student's language skills, Test, Interim evaluation

Active participation in the course, regular preparation, fulfillment of required tasks on a continuous basis, final test containing vocabulary and grammatical exercises. Participation in seminars and related events is obligatory. The course will be taught in German.
