This lecture offers an basic overview about the development of German literature from their beginning until the end of the 19. century.
Students get an basic orientation in German written literature from the beginning until the end of the 19. century.

Assessment methods and criteria
|
Oral examination, Student performance assessment, Analysis of student's language skills
Active participation in the seminar and reading the assigned texts. In order to complete the course, students must pass an oral examination. The course will be taught in German. Further details regarding the requirements will be included in the course syllabus published on Moodle at the start of the semester.
