- types of problems and possibilities of their solution, negotiation, teamwork - management of organization thru project management - system approaches in project management, project management - deepening of project management methodologies (procedures, phases, organizational and personnel work) - tools for assessing the economic efficiency of projects, - project management and monitoring tools - project planning in relation to the organization 's strategic objectives - risk management - project security - monitoring of project quality(ISO 20001, ISO 27000) - documentation

active participation in seminars and lectures, team project For the end of the course must be min. 50 points from the test and min. 50 points from the project. The total number of points is min. 60points.
