The exercise is a one-week course. Content of practicals: - Installation of the system - The setting of the system - Disc configuration - Driver configuration - Network configuration - Application installation - Users and Groups - File system mounting - Setting of the servers (daemons) - SSH, Samba, E.mail, WWW

Basic course of UNIX administration In practice, the student will learn to install a Linux server and configure it They will learn how to manage user accounts They will also learn to run some services such as a web server or file server
The knowledge of the UNIX system. Installation and setting of the system Administration of the users and groups The running of the servers (SSH, file sharing, WWW, e-mail)
