Learning outcomes
The course follows the object of Criminology I, which focuses on practical activities of the Czech Police and the Criminal Police and Investigation Services. This subject deals with the legal issues of the police authority.
The graduate will be able to understand the Criminal Code and the Code of Criminal Procedure and will be able to discuss criminal proceedings from the perspective of the police authority, the defendant, the witness, the victim.
Prerequisites
The prerequisite is a basic knowledge of legal terms in the extent of the course UAI / 648

Oral examination, Test

Two written tests during the semester. Oral exam together with discussion of written tests
