Course content
1.-14. week Preparation of students for the classwork, individual performance of students within the group and didactic analysis.

Learning activities and teaching methods
Monologic (reading, lecture, briefing), Dialogic (discussion, interview, brainstorming), Work with text (with textbook, with book), Written action (comprehensive tests, clauses), Skills training, Laboratory, Activating (simulations, games, drama)
  • Preparation for classes - 70 hours per semester
  • Class attendance - 42 hours per semester
Learning outcomes
Students are preparing practical lectures of chemistry (aim of the lesson, structure of the lesson, basic definitions, etc.) and teach independently under a supervision of an experienced teacher. They acquire skills needed for effectively teaching.
During the continual pedagogical training students will verify their assumptions for teaching profession, they will learn to actively use modern teaching methods and apply their own knowledge from the certain field.
Prerequisites
Students are supposed to have the knowledge of courses in general didactics as well as in psychology and pedagogics.

Analysis of student's language skills, Analysis of student's work activities (technical works), Interview, Hospitace, Interim evaluation

THE STUDENT MUST PAY INSURANCE BEFORE STARTING THE PEDAGOGICAL TRAINING. The insurance will be valid for 1 year and can be used for multiple internships. You can find the insurance order with your STAG account. The insurance must be paid by September 10 for WS or February 10 for SS. It is then valid from the following month. --- The students are required to attend all classes of pedagogical training. They acquire skills and habits needed for effectively teaching of the subject and deepen their communication skills and the relationship teacher- student. Mandatory prerequisites necessary for completion of the subject include the fulfillment of the following subjects: 006 - Chemical laboratory technique UCH 107 - Chemical calculations and nomenclature of anorg. chemistry UCH 100 - Inorganic Chemistry I UCH 101 - Inorganic Chemistry II UCH 111 - Laboratory Exercises from Inorganic Chemistry UCH104 - General and Physical Chemistry for Chemists KCH ANC1B - Analytical Chemistry I KCH ANC2B - Analytical Chemistry II UCH 036 - Biochemistry KCH OCH1B - Organic Chemistry 1 KCH OCH2B - Organic Chemistry 2
