Course content
Lectures: 1. Basic concepts, planes and directions in anatomy, tissues, structure and connection of bones - in general. 2. Spine, skeleton of the chest, brain part of the skull. 3. Connection of limb bones - individual joints. 4. General description of muscles, muscle mechanics. 5. Muscles of the trunk and head. 6. Forelimb muscles. 7. Muscles of the pelvic limb. 8. Central nervous system. 9. Peripheral nerves 10. Cardiovascular system. 11. Gastrointestinal system. 12. Respiratory system. 13. Urogenital system. 14. Sensory organs. Seminars: The seminars thematically follow the individual lectures, especially anatomy of the skeleton, muscles, nervous system, senses, etc. 1. Basic concepts, levels and specializations in anatomy, tissues, structure and connection of bones - in general. 2. Spine, skeleton of the chest, brain part of the skull. 3. Learning outcomes
Lectures on anatomy will focus mainly on general anatomy. The specialized part will emphasize the CNS and peripheral nerves, locomotor system, sensory organs, cardiovascular system, and respiratory system. Other systems will be presented only briefly, focusing on the organs that are most often related to the development of chronic diseases, such as the pancreas, colon, etc. Further information is available in the literature.
Students will gradually discover the topics discussed and acquire basic anatomical knowledge.
