Learning outcomes
This one-semester course assumes students have a basic orientation in human biology. Given the future professional scope of nutritional therapy graduates, the goal is to create a basic knowledge of systems and topographic human anatomy at university level. The lectures are systematic, covering the whole field of anatomy with an emphasis on the digestive, circulatory and central systems. The area of topographic anatomy also focuses on the organ area - the abdominal cavity, thoracic and pelvic areas. For all systems, both anatomy and histology will be discussed.
- practical orientation on the surface of the abdominal and thoracic cavities, and the pelvic area - ability to orientate in anatomical literature, use anatomical encyclopaedias, ability to obtain any necessary information concerning a more detailed description of the structure and function of the human body in literature - knowledge of system anatomy at the level of one-semester study - knowledge of the functional anatomy of the digestive, circulatory and central nervous systems - knowledge of topographic anatomy of the abdominal and thoracic cavities, and the pelvic area
