Lectures of invited and local experts from various fields of physics and related fields of physics research.

Learning outcomes
|
To acquaint students with the current state of research in various areas of physics.
Students will get an overview of the research currently carried out within the Department of Physics and possibly other workplaces at the faculty.

Prerequisites
|
The subject introduces the given problematics, does not require specific input knowledge. The course presupposes knowledge at the secondary school level.

Assessment methods and criteria
|
Interim evaluation
Attendance 80 % and understanding of current research in the Department of Physics.
