Connection to the subject of Lean Manufacturing. Practical exercises on defined topic in the plant RBCB 1. Training BPS Basic - basics with concentration on practical examples. 2. Concrete project in logistic or manufacturing area 3. Working on the project, incl. regularly consultation with defined Bosch employee 4. Implementation of the project content into a praxis 5. Presentation of results to the area management and lessons learned to other projects/departments

Analysis of student's work activities (technical works)
The other Coordinators: trainer from department RBCB, consultant regarding the defined task - employee from manufacturing/logistic Understanding of the topic within the frame given by the plan. Assesment methods and criteria linked to learning outcomes: credit: attendance of seminars, min 75%, passing the test to min 75%. exam: passing the test min 75%, proof of knowledge at the oral exam min 75%.
