Course content
Management of risks as a specific area of management. Types of risk analyses. FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis). Management, monitoring and reporting of risks. Lecture by a representative of the practice - a discussion of practical problems.

Dialogic (discussion, interview, brainstorming), Activating (simulations, games, drama), Individual preparation for exam

Elaboration of an individual risk analysis (5 - 10 standard pages), its presentation at a tutorial. Risk analysis will be focused on the sphere of health and social care.
