Learning outcomes
|
The aim of the subject is to acquaint students with the theoretical foundations and basic concepts of crime prevention, with its historical development, normative anchoring in the Czech Republic, the system of crime prevention from the point of view of subjects dealing with this issue, the system of preventive measures, with current programs for the implementation of crime prevention in the Czech Republic, but even with crime prevention systems abroad.
The student will orientate him/herself in the system of crime prevention in the Czech Republic, will be able to apply the most appropriate preventive measures based on the identified causes of crime, which should be aimed at eliminating the causes of crime, i.e., its reduction, or at least its stagnation, will be able to apply preventive measures in the Czech environment applied abroad.
