Lectures + exercises: 1. Introduction to bio-analytical methods 2. Biological material treatment 3. Immunochemical techniques 4. Radioimmunoassays 5. Electrophoretic techniques 6. Spectrophotometric techniques 7. Enzyme techniques I 8. Enzyme techniques II 9. Chromatographic techniques I 10. Chromatographic techniques II 11. Bio-magnetic techniques 12. Assays of common biologically active compounds 13. Analytical techniques in clinical laboratories

Learning outcomes
In this course , students will be acquainted with the most important bioanalytickými methods. Examples of the determination of selected biologically active compounds and xenobiotics
Students after completing the course Bioanalytical methods will have a basic knowledge of selected techniques and equipment commonly used for the determination of biologically active compounds
