    | Lectures: (1 class per week - 9 weeks) 1st week: Medical documentation. Nursing documentation. Legislative documents related to medical documentation. Forms of medical documentation. 2nd week: Needs of the ill in the nursing process 3rd week: Physiological needs - hygiene 4th week: Physiological needs- nutrition 5th week: Physiological needs- excretion 6th week: Physiological needs- breathing 7th week: Physiological needs- sleep and rest  8th week: Needs - locomotive activity, ADL's assessment 9th week: Needs of the ill - certainty, safety, self-concept, self-respect

 Conditions for obtaining credit: Active participation in the course on Moodle Completion of all subtests by April 6, 2025 by 10:00 pm, worst grade of 2- (all open on February 18, 2025 at 6:00 pm). There are always 2 attempts per subtest.
