Learning outcomes
Students are supposed to present their essay on Italian or French or Spanish linguistics. The course takes the form of consultations with the teacher.The topic of the essay is chosen by the student individually after consultation with one of the guarantors of the subject. The subject may, in justified cases, partially overlap with the BP topic, or the student chooses the topics that are listed for the respective academic year by individual guarantors. The work will be written in the Czech language, in exceptional cases the guarantor may authorize another language.
Students are supposed to present their essay on Italian or French or Spanish law, focused on comparative aspects of foreign and Czech law or focused on European law. The course takes the form of consultations with the teacher.

No special prerequisites.

Assessment methods and criteria
Essay

Essay (10 pages). The essay must be submitted not later than 14 days before the deadline to obtain credits for LS. The evaluation of the work shall take into account: - the originality of the access - orientation in the problem - the level of control of the relevant terminology - the level of secondary literature - to the language level of the text - orthograpfy The requirements are detailed in the URO/PPJ course in Moodle (see link below)
