Lectures I (2 lessons): 1. Introduction to the study of the subject. IRS legislation. 2. Basic IRS components. 3. Other IRS components. 4. Activity of administrative bodies and municipalities, legal entities and entrepreneurial natural persons in IRS. 5. Emergency plan of the region. 6. Tactical management when dealing with extraordinary events. 7. Intervention commander. 8. Operational management when dealing with extraordinary events. 9. Strategic management when dealing with extraordinary events. 10. Warning, emergency notification 11. Understanding of the entities for solving the EE. 12. Learning outcomes
|
The aim of the course is to acquaint students with the legislative foundations and scope of activities of the integrated rescue system in the Czech Republic. The content is focused on the sharing of the basic and other components of the IRS in practical measures when dealing with extraordinary events in the territory. In addition to the general principles of prevention, planning and preparation for these situations, emphasis is placed on the practical solution of rescue and liquidation works as well as ensuring the protection of the population in non-military crisis situations. The student will be comprehensively introduced to the issue of securing the rear and supporting the integrated rescue system and the Fire Rescue Service of the Czech Republic. The aim of the lesson is its practical concept (use of appropriate protective equipment - bio-bags).
With the use of knowledge from other theoretical, economic-legal and security subjects, the student of the study program based on the study of the IZS subject after completing this subject: - knows the basic problems of crisis management from the point of view of planning, organizing, managing and controlling activities, especially in the basic components of the IRS; - has knowledge not only of crisis legislation with an emphasis on legislation concerning the IRS and its components, but also of crisis documentation at the level of the middle article of the procedure; - possesses skills in designing and assessing the effectiveness of security measures related to the deployment of IRS components within the framework of rescue and liquidation work during extraordinary events and crisis situations; - has knowledge at the level of the part of the basic training of members of the FRS CR; - is able to apply himself in the functions of the middle link of management.

Assessment methods and criteria

Seminar papers in the range of 3-4 pages. To be awarded credit, it is a condition of attending all seminars, including acceptance of the results of the prepared seminar papers. To pass the exam, it is necessary to obtain credit and accept the results of the control written work completed during the semester
