Course content
Lectures II (2 lessons): 1. The scope of legal and natural persons in the system of economic measures for crisis situations. 2. Regulatory measures associated with the delivery of products, works and services, storage of materials and relocation (procedure for determining costs and expenses). 3. Regulatory measures of sold goods (e.g. food, PHM). 4. Regulatory measures in energy. 5. Regulatory measures in case of disruption of drinking water supplies. 6. Regulatory measures in transport and healthcare. 7. Methodologies for the activities of central administrative offices, regional offices and municipalities with extended powers, legal entities and entrepreneurial natural persons in planning and securing necessary supplies in the system of economic measures for crisis situations. 8. Planning in the system of economic measures for crisis situations (necessary supply plan, economic mobilization plan, economic mobilization measures plan). 9. Informational support of economic measures for crisis situations. 10. Competence of the Administration of State Material Reserves, bodies of territorial self-governing units, legal entities and natural persons in the area of oil emergency. Seminars II (1 lesson): 1. - 2. Films and videos related to the activities of the State Material Reserves Administration. 3. - 4. Films and videos related to the activities of protectors of state material reserves. 5. Film on the topic Implementation of nationwide regulation of the sale of goods in the commercial network (theatrical play "The Road of the Ration Ticket" in 3 acts). 6. Films, videos and pictures related to the construction of replacement temporary bridges, the operation of water treatment plants VIWA 2 MF, 05 COUNTRY and SET (STANDARD, PACK 750 and BLOW). 7. Supervision and controls in the system of economic measures for crisis situations. 8. Evaluation of the seminar work on the topic Regulatory measures in the system of economic measures for crisis situations. 9. Information systems for civil resource planning ARGIS and for crisis communication KRIZKOM, software tool KRIZDATA. 10. Model plan for solving a crisis situation Disruption of large-scale supply of oil and oil products.

Learning outcomes
The aim of the subject is to become familiar with the theory and practice of crisis management as a comprehensive set of proven approaches, opinions, tools, experience, recommendations and methods for managing managerial functions in crisis resolution with a focus on economic policy in ensuring state security and its implementation in the field of economic security, civil emergency planning and economic measures for crisis situations in the segments of the emergency economy, economic mobilization, regulatory measures, state material reserves and state infrastructure for managing crisis situations.
Competence acquired: The student will be able to apply the acquired knowledge and skills necessary for the performance of administrative activities in the preparation and implementation of economic measures for crisis situations in his future daily practice.

Assessment methods and criteria

Completion of control written papers (in WS, a written paper on 11 basic questions from the presented topic, in SS, a seminar paper on at least 4 pages of A4 on the topic Regulatory measures in the field of economic measures for crisis situations). To be awarded credit, it is necessary to complete 80% of the seminars. To pass the exam, it is necessary to obtain credit and accept the results of written control papers processed during the semesters. Verification of the study result is an oral exam.
