The course refers about the expresive tendencies in the artistic work in the time around 1500, which is connected with the so called Danube school. But as the current research shows, these tendencies are connected not only with the Bavarian and Austrian town centres. A broader geografical extent of these expresive tendencies will be shown and also their variants in the Southern and Eastern Europe.
The student will gain the knowledge about the expresive elements in the art from the time around 1500 in Central Europe. |
